Stephanie explains the difference between a business coach, consultant, and mentor, and how to decide which one you need!

A business coach is there to guide you through a particular issue in your business, whether related to sales, marketing, operations, leadership, or mindset. Depending on your goals, you typically meet with your coach anywhere from once a week to once a month on an hourly basis.

A business consultant, on the other hand, is committed to you on a project basis. The hours they put into helping their clients are not as important as the outcome they intend to achieve. You might hire a consultant to help you build a lead magnet funnel or a course or program. Or they might be there to perform an audit on your operations or management system.

Finally, there are business mentors (or advisors). Mentorship can be free! We find them in the form of professionals who are ahead of us in our field, who are willing to put aside some of their valuable time to take us under their wing, to give us a safe space to ask questions and learn from them directly!
