About Sacha Lay

Sacha Lay is a Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people understand and release their back pain. With over 15 years of experience in treating complex, chronic pain, Sacha uses her certifications in ConnectTherapy (TM) (a whole-body assessment technique), Myofascial Release, and Mindfulness for Pain Relief to look at the body as a completely interconnected system.
