It’s time that we start thinking about how we can move from surviving to thriving, how we can go from having every single minute accounted, to having some space, some freedom and some air to breathe.

Today, I’m talking about how it’s time to start looking at your future and take a step back and think about what’s going on in your life and what you actually need – and how sometimes you have to slow down in order to speed up.

Here’s what I covered:

• Taking time to reflect to figure out the ideal life you want to build (including outlining how you want to start your days!)
• What a slowdown looks like (and how it allows you to remove yourself from that daily grind, so that you can make the space needed for those big ideas!)
• The importance of reflecting on your business model and seeing what isn’t working (to then take real action to make those slight pivots that are needed!)
• Figuring out your return on your energy (and where you wasted your time!)
• What changes you can make for next year (including looking at what you can delegate!)

This year has tested our ambition, resilience, work model and just about everything else! Slowing down to reflect, decide and plan can help make those great dreams happen, so you can make that difference and impact on the world!
