When I first started working as a dietitian, I worked many jobs with different models. From hospitals to restaurants, this mix of experience helped me to really understand where I fit in the world of health.
I’ve seen many clinicians take jobs that drain them, or that lack the fulfillment they desire because they are hoping for job security. The harsh reality is that job security is a myth. Positions are eliminated as budgets or directives change.
